Assumption of Risk: By purchasing from Oasispure.ae, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the proper handling, cleaning, and usage of the lenses. We are not liable for any eye irritation, infections, or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow professional medical advice.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Payment Method: We currently accept payments via Stripe only. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, the actual effect of color contact lenses may vary depending on your natural eye color and lighting conditions.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to various Middle East countries. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their respective countries.

8. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or local regulations, rules, or laws.
