Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oasispure.ae. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our personal care beauty products, we have established the following guidelines regarding order changes and returns.

1. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Pre-Shipment: You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Post-Shipment: Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return the items after they arrive, please follow our return process.

2. Returns & Refund Method

Our refund policy is designed to ensure operational efficiency and product integrity:

  • Store Credit Only: For all eligible returns of non-defective items, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit only. We no longer offer refunds to the original payment method (Credit Card/Stripe) once the package has been dispatched.
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unopened, unused, and in the original factory-sealed packaging. Any broken seals or tampered packaging will void eligibility due to hygiene regulations.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item (found inside a sealed container) or the wrong product:

  • Contact us at admin@oasispure.ae within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence.
  • Do not open the product packaging if you notice a discrepancy or defect from the outside.
  • Verified defective or incorrect items will be replaced or credited to your account at our discretion.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal Preference: We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal taste (e.g., "the color looks different on my eyes") or discomfort caused by improper handling.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a promotion or from the clearance section are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Unclaimed & Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the provided address was insufficient:

  • A Store Credit will be issued, minus the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred for international shipments are non-refundable.
