Before wearing your lenses for the first time, you must soak them in fresh multi-purpose contact lens solution for at least 8 hours. Do not wear the lenses directly out of the factory-sealed vials.

1. How to Insert Your Lenses
- Wash & Dry: Thoroughly wash your hands with fragrance-free soap. Dry them using a lint-free towel.
- Check the Lens: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure it is clean and free of tears.
- Inside-Out Check: Ensure it is a "Bowl" shape, not a "Plate" shape (edges flaring out).
- Insertion: Hold your upper eyelid open and pull down your lower eyelid. Gently place the lens on the eye.
- Settle: Look down, slowly release eyelids, and blink gently to center the lens.
2. How to Remove Your Lenses
- Wash & Dry: Always start with clean, dry hands.
- Position: Look upward and pull down your lower eyelid.
- Slide & Pinch: Use your index finger to slide the lens down to the white part of your eye. Gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove.
- Safety: Never use your fingernails to grab the lens.
3. Cleaning & Storage
- The "Rub" Method: Place the lens in your palm with a few drops of solution and gently rub with your finger for 20 seconds.
- Fresh Solution Only: Always discard old solution. Never "top off" or reuse old solution.
- Case Care: Rinse your case with fresh solution and air-dry upside down. Replace your lens case every 3 months.
4. Safety Tips & "Don’ts"
- DO NOT wear damaged or torn lenses.
- DO NOT use tap water or saliva to clean lenses. Use only multi-purpose solution.
- DO NOT sleep in your lenses.
- DO NOT share your lenses with anyone else.
- Makeup Tip: Lenses go in BEFORE makeup, and come out BEFORE removing makeup.
5. Common FAQs
Q: My eyes are red or itchy. What should I do?
Remove lenses immediately. If discomfort persists, consult an eye care professional.
Q: How often should I change solution if not wearing them daily?
Change the solution in the case at least once a week to keep them sterile.
Q: Can I use tap water?
No. Tap water contains bacteria that can cause serious eye infections. Only use sterile solution.
